Do these things before creating a new ticket.
1. Is the Wi-Fi connected? Check the bottom right of the screen (Windows), or the top right (Mac)
2. If not, do you have any other devices, like your phone, that are connected to the internet? This will narrow down the issue to either the network or your computer.
3. Try a different network (HHBC Private vs. HHBC Public)
4. If plugged into, unplug & plug back in the ethernet cord (located in your docking station.
5. If you are using a VPN, turn it off & see if you regain connection.
