Uninstall Sophos

1. Windows search "Add or remove programs" & click enter

2. Look for Sophos

3. Uninstall

4. Search for Sophos once again by clicking the Windows button

Post-Uninstall Steps

1. Open PowerShell as Administrator
1. Right-click the Start menu → Windows PowerShell (Admin)
2. Run the following command and choose Yes to All when prompted:
   Set-ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted
2. Run the Cleanup Script
1. I’ve attached a PowerShell script to this email.
2. Right-click the script → Run with PowerShell (or open PowerShell as Admin and run it manually).
3. Allow it to complete fully.
3. Revert PowerShell Execution Policy
1. Open PowerShell as Administrator again.
2. Run the following command and choose Yes to All when prompted:
   Set-ExecutionPolicy Restricted
4. Install FortiClient
1. Use the FortiClient installer we provide.
2. Once installed, we will confirm registration and policy enforcement from our side.
