Mobile Setup Steps
- Download the UniFi Identity app for their device.
- Open the app and tap “Sign In.”
- Enter your work email — the same one that received your original invite. The app will automatically detect your organization.
- Sign in or approve access using the same method you used on your computer (password, passwordless, or MFA).
- If prompted, approve the new mobile device from your UniFi Identity account or wait for admin approval, depending on your organization’s settings.
- Once signed in, your phone will be linked to your Identity account for push MFA, password-less login, and other access features.
