Pease try these steps before creating a ticket:

1. Save & Exit everything.
2. Restart your computer
3. If the issue persists, restart the application you are using (Word, Excel, etc.)
4. Check your wifi/Ethernet connection. You should be connected to HHBC Private.
5.Sign out & sign back into any account relevant to the issue at hand.
6. Check for Windows/Mac updates.
